Departure Checklists

The Office of Student Living and Housing, Meal Plan, and I.D. Card Services wish you a happy and healthy break! Before leaving your residence hall room or South Campus Apartment, you are required to schedule a checkout time on the MySlice Housing Portal. Due to the change in campus operations, you will not meet in person with a staff member to review your room condition before you leave. After the rooms are cleared, University staff will conduct routine health and safety checks. To avoid incurring charges for damages, please be sure your room is in good condition.

Before your scheduled checkout time, please complete the following required actions.
