Future Leaders in Student Affairs (FLSA)

Organization Description:

The Future Leaders in Student Affairs (FLSA) is an opportunity for student leaders interested in going into student affairs as a career.

FLSA meets each month and focuses on introducing undergraduate students to the field of student affairs. The group also lends support for students interested in higher education graduate programs and assists those entering the job search process. There are two tracks within FLSA: one for students who are exploring the field (Exploring Track) of student affairs and one track for individuals who are job searching (Searching Track) within the field of student affairs (scroll down to view each track). Various professionals from student affairs positions across campus are invited to share their wisdom and knowledge during each session.

FLSA is currently in it's third year of existance and has send many prepare undergraduates into the field of student affairs. Currently, FLSA has 12 active members.
