
STOP Bias is an educational campaign dedicated to preventing acts of bias on the SU campus.

Subject to prior discussion with, and the express approval of all roommates, a student may host an overnight guest. In the interests of the rights of roommates other residents, there are limits to the duration and frequency of such visits. Further the resident host is responsible for the behavior of their guest. Please read the Guest Policy thoroughly before registering your guest.

The South Campus Living Series is an on-going series of events brought to you by the Office of Residence Life to help you become better acclimated to independent living on South Campus!

Look out for an email to sign up for more free cooking lesson in the Spring where you can learn easy and inexpensive recipes that you'll be able to demonstrate, taste, and recreate at home. This semester, there will be step by step instructions from NHM students for the great food we'll be making as a group!
At this session you will learn how to manage a tight budge while living on South Campus, or preparing to move off. Learn all about credit and your credit score, and whats important to know about your credit as you prepare to graduate college and head into the workforce.
Look out for emails for our how-to laundry video to help you learn more about doing your laundry and taking care of your clothes!
Laundry and Cleaning - Still need help separating your lights and darks? Look for useful laundry how-to guides throughout South Campus laundry rooms. Then turn to YouTube for a helpful video to learn how to effectively and efficiently clean your apartment.This will be ongoing throguhout the fall semester. South Campus Cooking Lessons - You have a kitchen, now learn how to use it. Join us in the spring to learn cooking basics. Win prizes and take home some yummy recipes that will be easy to replicate at home! More info to come... Lock Your Door Campaign - Protect yourself and your valuables. Make sure to always lock your apartment doors. If not, you'll get a friendly reminder from ORL and DPS during this annual safety campaign during the week of September 19th and October 16th. Know Your Neighbors - Learn all about the people living around you through this dynamic campaign focusing on the diversity of Syracuse University and South Campus. This will be ongoing throughout the fall semester. Health and Safety Inspections - ORL, DPS, and the Safety Department conduct ongoing Health and Safety inspections of every apartment. These random inspections ensure that all safety codes are met so you are living in a safe environment.This will be ongoing throughout the fall and spring semesters.

SCOPE (the South Campus Organization for Programming Excellence) is the leadership organization for the students on South Campus. Currently, we are looking for applicants for neighborhood representatives, and have a vacancy in our Vice President for Community Contact position on the Executive Board.
